Victim suffers cuts in altercation
Published 12:15am Friday, October 28, 2011Washington police are investigating a domestic altercation Wednesday night that resulted in one person being treated for minor cuts, according to the Washington Police Department.
An email from the department did not indicate if the victim was a man or woman. The incident occurred about 8 p.m. on the 300 block of West Ninth Street.
“Charges have not been determined at this point due to conflicting stories by the parties involved,” reads the email.
The victim was treated at University Health Systems — Beaufort Hospital.
