E. Bryan Stocks, PE, vice-president and co-owner of Stocks & Taylor Construction Inc., has received a master of civil engineering degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.

Stocks was conferred the degree after completing the requirements, with an area of emphasis in construction engineering and management.
