: The Weyerhaeuser Co. hosted a retirement party at the company’s Cool Springs Environmental Education Center in New Bern to honor Al Weller (center) for his 40 years of service to the company. Weller, one of two individuals who re-invigorated the American Tree Farm Program in North Carolina in early 2000, was presented the first-ever North Carolina Tree Farm Program Distinguished Service Award by Dave Woodmansee (left).
