The Friends of Goose Creek State Park invites the public to attend Coffee With the Birds from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sept. 14 at the park’s education/visitors center.
Sip gourmet coffee and enjoy sweet treats from the kitchens of park supporters.
Local birding expert Ernie Marshall will discuss which birds may be seen (and heard) during the fall migration and how to attract them to back yards.
Get a close-up view of the birds that come to the feeders outside the center. Weather permitting, a birding hike will follow the program. Bring binoculars.
