David Craft of Plymouth, N.C., and Gayle Foster of Pamlico Beach, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Renee Craft, to Kelly Michael Snell, son of Mike and Jean Snell of Plymouth.
The couple will exchange vows Saturday, September 22, 2012, at 4:00 o’clock in Creswell, N.C.
