PHOTOS: 4 injured in John Small wreck

A three-vehicle wreck sent four people to the hospital with injuries Thursday afternoon.

The wreck happened near the intersection of John Small Avenue and Brown Street shortly before 4 p.m. and involved a Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition and Ford Escape.

Washington Police officer Marshall Hoffman said the wreck was still under investigation and its cause had not yet been determined.

All of the injured victims were taken to Vidant Beaufort Hospital. None of the injuries appeared to be serious, said Hoffman.
