Ms. Ethel Spruill, 66, of 1064 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Rubell Ruffin, 24 Locust Lane, Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
