Carrie Louise Coltrain Phelps, 99, a resident of 1615 W. Main St., Williamston, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at West End Baptist Church with the Rev. E.T. Vinson officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at West End Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
