An Aurora man has been charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny for allegedly stealing ice from a crabhouse.

The report came in to the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office on Sept. 9 and  an investigation yielded the arrest of David Bradley Snell, 26, of S. Seventh St., Aurora, when Snell turned himself in to the Magistrates’ Office on Oct. 1.

According to Maj. Kenneth Watson, spokesman for the BCSO, Snell beat the lock off a freezer that had contained crab, but had recently been cleaned out. It did, however, contain ice.
