Virginia Owdia Ralph Cooper, 77, of Columbia died Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Windsor. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 12, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
