- Local artist Carol Mann has created a watercolor titled “Lilies In The Moonlight” (valued at $400) to be raffled at the 48th Annual Juried Fine Arts Show presented by the Beaufort County Arts Council. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and can be purchased from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Saturday at the Washington Civic Center as part of this weekend’s Smoke On The Water activities.
