Mr. Phillip Thomas Beddard, age 31, a resident of Horsepen Swamp Rd., Washington, NC, died Friday, November 2, 2012. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 8, 2012, at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations. The family will receive friends prior to the service  from 9:45 to 10:45 AM.

Mr. Beddard is survived by his parents, Bobby and Mary Beddard; his sister, Kendall Anderson; his paternal grandparents, Bobby Beddard, Sr. and Phyllis Hudson, all of Washington; his maternal grandparents, Joe and Ruby Cutler of Chocowinity and several aunts and uncles.
