The Washington Tourism Development Authority coordinated the arrival and visit of the Elizabeth II, a 16th-century reproduction merchant vessel, for Smoke on the Water. The ship made the voyage to Washington’s harbor from its homeport in Manteo at Roanoke Island Festival Park.
