Maxwell “Max” Ray Sargent Jr., 46, a resident of 80 S. Robin Lane, Bath, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012. A funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at Bayview Community Church, officiated by Pastor Gary Lewis. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 6 p.m. until the funeral hour. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
