Frances E. Banks, 75, a resident of 1624 Highland Drive, Ridgewood Manor, Washington, and formerly of Ash Ma Tau Trailer Park, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Peace Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Washington. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. until to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Peace Chapel FWB Church and other times at the home of her daughter Carol Spain, 652 Neck Road, Washington. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
