Louise M. Billups, of Washington, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Lenture Williams, 733 N.C. Highway 171 N., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
