These workers are installing the floating dock that are in the middle of the two boat ramps that are part of the new boating and fishing access area on Blounts Creek. Other workers planted many bushes, trees and as part of the landscaping facet of the project, which is at 350 Crisp Landing Road. The complex is open to the public.
