Mrs. Hester Norman Rankins, 55, of 105 Melonie Street, Edenton, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Washington County Hospital.
A funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at Toodle’s Chapel with Elder Ronnie Norman officiating. Burial will follow in the Simpson family cemetery, Roper. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Toodle’s Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
