Mrs. Orvila Lee Bell-Orverton, 76, of 456 S. Eighth Ave., Mount Vernon, N.Y., died Friday, December 21, 2012, at Mount Vernon Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Plymouth, with the Rev. Hubert Judon officiating, Burial will follow in Leigh AME Zion Church’s cemetery, Hertford. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
