Grace Armstrong, a 5th grader at Bath Elementary School, won the “Best In Show” award at the Lights of Love Art Contest sponsored by Vidant Beaufort County Medical Center. Grace’s artwork will be used for Vidant’s Christmas card next year. Grace is pictured here with her art teacher, Ruth Miller. Grace is the daughter of Wells & Kathryn Armstrong of Bath.
