Joseph Foster Massey, Jr., 84, a resident of Pamlico Plantation, died Sunday, January 20, 2013. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Zion Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends in the Parish Hall following the service. Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations is serving the Massey family.
