David Harvey Noe, 67, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church of Washington. Interment will follow in the Church Prayer Garden. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
