Lenten Luncheon series returns

The Lenten Luncheon series returns this year, beginning at noon Feb. 20 and concluding March 20.
The worship services begin at noon each Wednesday during the series. Washington’s First Baptist Church will host the services, which are followed by a soup-and-sandwich luncheon.
Participating churches are Mother of Mercy Catholic Church of Washington, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church of Washington, First Christian Church of Washington, First United Methodist Church of Washington, First Presbyterian
Church of Washington and First Baptist Church.
Each week, a different minister will lead the short worship service.
