Nellie Gaylord Downing, 99, a resident of 1084 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Sunday, February 10, 2013, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. The family will receive friends at 55 Lily of the Valley Road, Plymouth. Arrangements by Puckett – Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
