William Thomas “Tommy” Woolard, 81, a resident of 102 Sunnyside Drive, Washington, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at his home. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Woolard family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2013, at the Love Missionary Baptist Church in Washington, and other times at the home. Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington is serving the Woolard family.
