Many thanks for the great coverage the WDN continues to give to 'Mr. Bobby'. I read today's article and was reminded of the humbleness he has always shown to the many youth of our city.I am in my 50's now and I still remember playing softball with his daughter,Terry.. 'Mr. Bobby' was just as wonderful to us then as he is now , both on and off the field. I've also had the pleasure of raising a child here in Beaufort County who like myself. will always be grateful for all the unseen 'extras' that Mr. Bobby' has so willingly provided for the youth leagues. He is a great example to all , especially in these hard times where the children are our future .

Who would I complain to about the mall parking lot being filled with all the pot holes. That is ridiculous. Even driving 10 mph will cause your car to be shaken to death while trying to get into or out of the parking lot. Especially down by US Cellular. People parking outside of the parking spaces any time they want to causes people not to be able to see around the extra car parked on the end of the parking space lane. Are people just that lazy or is their life so busy the can't take a few extra steps? It is a good thing I am not a police officer. There would be a lot of tickets written for them.
