Leslie Beddard Jr.
Williamston, NC — Leslie Beddard, Jr., 74, of 208 Marshall Ave. died Saturday, July 04, 2009 following a lengthy battle with cancer. Leslie was born in Beaufort County on July 15, 1934 to the late Leslie and Laura Beacham Beddard and was predeceased by a brother, Henry Beddard. Leslie was married to Barbara Civils on April 13, 1956, until her death on April 14, 2002. Mr. Beddard was retired from Weyerhaeuser in the Fine Paper Shipping Department. He enjoyed the Washington High School Monthly Class Reunion at Hog Heaven. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at Pamlico Beach.

Mr. Elonnie J. Josey, of 526 W. Second St., Washington, died Friday, July 3, 2009, at the Beaufort County Medical Center. Arrangements will be announced by the Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family will receive friends at the home.
